Recipe Cost Calculator comes with the 14 major allergens used in many countries, but real kitchens don’t always fit neatly into standard lists. That’s why you can create custom allergens and have them automatically flow through your ingredients, recipes, and spec sheets.

Start by heading to Allergens & Labels, where you can add anything you need — whether it’s a regional requirement, an internal label, or something entirely custom. Once created, assign that allergen directly to an ingredient.

From there, everything just works. If that ingredient is used in a recipe, the allergen automatically appears on the recipe’s spec sheet and allergen list. No manual updates. No double entry.

You can also export your recipe allergens in a simple download, making it easy to share accurate allergen information with staff, kitchens, or production facilities.
